Stephanie's Birthday Cake.

     I  made  birthday  cake  for  Stephanie  last  week.  Three  layer  chocolate  cake,  with  buttercream  icing.

  I  met  Stephanie  in  June,  last  summer.   She  is  sweet,  beautiful  women,  with  strong  personality  and  a  great  sense  of  humor.  She  has  beautiful  family,  Husband  and  two  wonderful  children.  

 

      Cake  is  covered  with  chocolate  ganache, I  decorate  it  with  royal  icing  flowers.  For  leaves  I  used  Wilton  decorating  tip  #  .  Buttercream  is  made  with  butter  and  sugar  syrup.
