1 9 - inch unbaked pastry shell
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup pecan halves
Prepare pastry shell.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium - sized bowl combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and melted butter and blend well. Stir in pecans.
Pour in pastry shell.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center, comes out clean. Serve slightly warm. Serves 8.
